Do I need to receive my order in person?Yes, absolutely. You will need to be present with your payment ready to receive your delivery order. Friends or family members are not allowed to accept an order on your behalf.

What is your return policy?Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase only if the product has a manufacturer defect. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we will make things right with you.

I am visiting from another state, am I allowed to place an order?Yes, you can place an order with a valid ID for delivery to any address in Northern Virginia (including hotels, work, your mom’s house etc).
